With nearly two decades of experience in real estate, my journey began designing engineering layouts and floor plans for home builders across the Las Vegas Valley, Henderson, and Pahrump. Witnessing the transformation of clients' dreams into reality brought me immense joy.
Transitioning into a Realtor over nine years ago, I continue to marvel at the stunning homes our valley boasts, but now through a fresh perspective. In 2023, I embarked on a new chapter by assembling a team of exceptional agents. My team, glo homes and I help guide clients through the dynamic market landscape, ensuring their dreams and aspirations in buying or selling real estate are fully realized. Raving Reviews

If you are looking for a realtor who is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you find the right place to live, work, vacation or invest Gustavo is your man. Gustavo is all I mentioned and more. He not only helps but he goes the extra mile to make you comfortable and he does it without pressure. He has amazing contacts for other service professionals and he is great at getting the information you need when he himself can’t provide it. I will always go to him for my real estate needs and I am recommending my friends, family and all I know looking as well.

I just bought my first home, and I can’t say enough great things about Gustavo and his team! From the very beginning, they made the entire process so much less intimidating for a first-time buyer. They explained every step clearly, walked me through all the paperwork, and always answered my questions (sometimes late at night!) without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how knowledgeable they are about programs for VA buyers and first-time buyers. They connected me with the right resources and made sure I was taking advantage of benefits I didn’t even know existed. Communication was fast, professional, and friendly. I never felt like “just another client.” They truly cared about helping me find the right home, not just any home. I highly recommend them to anyone — whether you’re buying your first place.

We can't recommend Gustavo highly enough! As a buyer's agent, he was very responsive by email and text, addressing our questions and requests in real time. We are new to Las Vegas, and his exceptional local knowledge was sincerely appreciated. Frequently, when we asked about a property for the first time, he had an existing relationship with the seller's agent and was able to get us valueable information about the property fast. Gustavo saved us time visiting houses that were not right for our unique requirements and steered us towards our best options. He utilized his great network of quality local service provides to connect us to inspectors, handymen, etc, during and after the buying process. He ensured our close was fast and easy with great communication with the sellers. Gustavo was patient and professional from start to finish, and we are grateful to have worked with him!

My husband and I can’t recommend Gustavo enough! We originally found him through Zillow in the summer of 2024 when we wanted to check out a house but weren’t totally sure if we were ready to buy or sell. He never pressured us or bombarded us with calls—he just answered our questions, gave us space, and let us move at our own pace. When we finally decided to move forward with both buying and selling at the same time, we called him up, and he made sure everything lined up perfectly. He kept us informed on all the key dates and deadlines, making sure we could sell our home and move into our new one without any issues. He was always on top of things, super responsive, and made sure we never felt lost in the process. Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, but Gustavo made it feel easy. We’re so glad we worked with him! If you’re looking for a real estate agent who’s knowledgeable, reliable, and actually listens to what you need, he’s your guy!

I want to let all know that read this review that my experience was exceptional. Gustavo is the best realtor I have ever had the experience to work with, ever. I moved recently from California to Las vegas. Gustavo had my back all the way with the home I purchased. He is truly a realtor that informs, protects his clients and has an attention to details that is impressive. With all that being said, Gustavo is trustworthy beyond approach, and yes, with out hesitation I would recommend him to all my family and friends. He made the buying process safe and worry free. A really big deal when buying a home. Exceptional realtor.

Loyalty

This custom presentation that I’ve shared with you is an example of the care and effort I put into each of my best clients. I recognize that real estate transactions are one of the largest financial transactions of your life and it deserves careful consideration and wise planning. In light of this, you should feel strongly that mutual respect and understanding are key components of hiring me to help you accomplish real results starting right away.

Reviewing each other’s roles and responsibilities as we embark on the next steps together is how we can decide if we are ready to move forward together.

Processes

1

We meet and make a plan

We’ll talk about your timeline, budget, and what you want from your next home. Bring every question. By the end, you’ll know the steps ahead and what we’ll do first.
Image

2

We get you qualified

A lender reviews your finances, explains loan options, and estimates your payment and cash needed to buy. Pre-approval gives us a practical price range. We’ll also choose a monthly payment that feels right for you.
Image

3

We define the right home

We’ll separate must-haves from nice-to-haves and focus on the areas, home types, and features that fit your budget and daily life. Our search gets smarter as we learn what you like.
Image

4

We search and tour

You’ll see matching listings and choose homes to visit. We’ll compare their layout, condition, location, and likely costs, then refine the search. Before our first tour together, we’ll review the required disclosures and written agreement.
Image

5

We make an offer

When you find the one, we’ll review comparable sales and choose a price and terms. Your offer covers the deposit, deadlines, inspections, financing, and closing date. The seller may accept, decline, or counter.
Image

6

We go under contract and inspect

Before acceptance, the seller decides whether to say yes. Once accepted, escrow opens and the focus shifts to you. We’ll review the Seller’s Real Property Disclosure (SRPD), arrange inspections, and review HOA documents if applicable. We’ll discuss your options within contract deadlines. Escrow often takes 30–45 days, but can vary.
Image

7

We finalize the loan and prepare to close

Your lender completes its review and orders an appraisal to confirm the home’s value supports the loan. The appraisal protects the lender’s investment; your inspections help you understand the home’s condition. You’ll arrange insurance, review the Closing Disclosure and final costs, and verify payment instructions safely.
Image

8

We sign, fund, record—and get keys

After a final walk-through, you’ll sign the closing documents and provide your closing funds. The lender funds the loan, and the deed records with the county. Once escrow confirms completion and releases the keys, it’s Key Day—you’re a homeowner!
